أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَدِيٍّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ فَصَلَّی رَکْعَتَيْنِ لَمْ يُصَلِّ قَبْلَهَا وَلَا بَعْدَهَا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 1592
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم went out on the day of ‘Eid and prayed two Rak’ahs, and he did not pray before or after them. (Sahih)
