أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي کَاهِلٍ الْأَحْمَسِيِّ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ عَلَی نَاقَةٍ وَحَبَشِيٌّ آخِذٌ بِخِطَامِ النَّاقَةِ

It was narrated that Abu Kahil Al-Ahmasi said: “I saw the Prophet delivering the Khutbah atop a she-camel and an Ethiopian was holding on to the camel’s reins.” (Hasan)
