أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبَا بَکْرٍ وَعُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا کَانُوا يُصَلُّونَ الْعِيدَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْخُطْبَةِ

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم , Abu Bakr, and ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with them, used to offer the ‘Eid prayer before the Khutbah. (Sahih)
