أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِکِ أَبُو تَقِيٍّ الْحِمْصِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَنَّهُ رَأَی رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الِاسْتِسْقَائِ اسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ وَقَلَبَ الرِّدَائَ وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 1517
It was narrated from ‘Abbad bin Tamim, from his paternal uncle, that he saw the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم when he prayed for rain, turn to face the Qiblah, turning his cloak around and raising his hands. (Sahih)
