حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ وَالنُّفَيْلِيُّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ سَهْلٍ قَالَ وَکَانَ بَيْنَ مَقَامِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ مَمَرُّ عَنْزٍ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد الْخَبَرُ لِلنُّفَيْلِيِّ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 696
Sahl said: The distance between the place where the Prophet ﷺ stood and the qiblah (i. e. the sutrah or the wall of the mosque) was as much as to allow a goat to pass.
