حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ مَعِينٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ عِکْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَبِي کَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَزَالُ قَوْمٌ يَتَأَخَّرُونَ عَنْ الصَّفِّ الْأَوَّلِ حَتَّی يُؤَخِّرَهُمْ اللَّهُ فِي النَّارِ

Aishah reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying the people will continue to keep themselves away from the front row until Allah will keep them away (from the front) in the Hell-fire.
