حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى قَالَ رَأَيْتُ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ تَوَضَّأَ فَمَسَحَ ظُهُورَهُمَا

On another occasion, Sufyan told us: I saw 'Ali (RA) doing wudoo', and he wiped the top of them [the feet].
