قَالَ وَقَالَ نَافِعٌ إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَنْزِلُ تَحْتَ سَرْحَةِ الرُّوَيْثَةِ عَنْ يَمِينِ الطَّرِيقِ فِي مَكَانٍ بَطْحٍ سَهْلٍ حِينَ يُفْضِي مِنْ الْأَكَمَةِ دُونَ بَرِيدِ الرُّوَيْثَةِ بِمِيلَيْنِ وَقَدْ انْكَسَرَ أَعْلَاهَا وَهِيَ قَائِمَةٌ عَلَى سَاقٍ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 5597
Naafi" said: 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar told him that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to halt beneath a huge tree before ar-Ruwaythah, on the right-hand side of the road, at a place that is a flat valley after passing a hilly area, two miles before ar-Ruwaythah. The top of the tree is broken, but the trunk is still there.
