حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ بِمِثْلِ هَذَا شَهِدَ عِنْدِي رِجَالٌ مَرْضِيُّونَ

مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 271

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: Good men, among whom was 'Umar bin al-Khattab, and the best of them in my view is 'Umar, testified before me that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "There is no prayer after two prayers: after Fajr until the sun has risen, and after 'Asr until the sun has set."
