It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Abi Mulaykah that Muaawiyah came to Makkah and entered the Ka'bah, then he sent word to Ibn 'Umar to ask: Where did the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) pray? He said: He prayed between the two pillars that are opposite the door. Then Ibn az-Zubayr came and shook the door hard, and it was opened for him, and he said to Mu’aawiyah: As for you, you definitely knew that I know what he knows, but you were envious of me!
