It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that when the Prophet (PBUH) returned from Hajj or 'Umrah or an expedition, when he reached high ground or the top of a hillock, he would say takbeer three times, then he said: "There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner or associate; His is the Dominion, to Him be praise, and fie has power over all things. Returning, repenting, prostrating and worshipping our Lord and praising Him. Allah has fulfilled His promise, supported His slave and defeated the confederates alone"
