حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ رَزِينٍ الْأَحْمَرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلٌ فَأَغْلَقَ الْبَابَ وَأَرْخَى السِّتْرَ وَنَزَعَ الْخِمَارَ ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا تَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ فَقَالَ لَا حَتَّى يَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 5277
It was narrated from Ibn Umar that the prophet (PBUH) was asked about a man who divorces his wife three times, then another man marries her, doses the door and let the curtain drop, and takes off her head cover, then he divorces her before consummating the marriage with her. Does she become permissible for the first (husband)? He said: "No, not until he (the second husband) tastes her sweetness."
