مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 5268
Anas ibn Sireen narrated: I heard Ibn 'Umar say that he divorced his wife when she was menstruating. 'Umar asked the prophet (PBUH) (about that) and he said: "Tell him to take her back, then when she becomes pure let him divorce her." Bahz said: Does i count as a divorce?
