حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ لَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي فِيهِ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 5197
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "It is not right for a Muslim man has anything that he wants to bequeath, to stay for more than two nights without having his will Witten with him.”
