قَالَ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْنِي خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ أَنْ يَقْتُلَهُنَّ الْحَيَّةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 5107
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "There are five for which there is no sin on the one who kills them when he is in ihraam: snakes, scorpions, rats, vicious dogs and kites."
