مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 5022
It was narrated that a shaykh who was one of the Companions of the Prophet (PBUH) (the narrator) said: I think it was Ibn 'Umar - narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "The believer who mixes with people and puts up with their annoyance will have a greater reward than the one who does not mix with them and does not put up with their annoyance."
