حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَافَ طَوَافًا وَاحِدًا لِإِقْرَانِهِ لَمْ يَحِلَّ بَيْنَهُمَا وَاشْتَرَى هَدْيًا مِنْ الطَّرِيقِ مِنْ قُدَيْدٍ

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (PBUH) did one tawaaf in qiraan (i.e., one tawaaf for both Hajj and 'Umrah), and did not exit ihram in between. And he bought a sacrificial animal on the way from Qudayl.
