حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ قَالَ لِي نَافِعٌ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ يُقْتَلُ مِنْ الدَّوَابِّ خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ

Naafi' said: 'Abdullah said: I heard the Prophet (PBUH) say: "There are five animals for which there is no sin on. the one who kills them [when he is in ihram]: crows, kites, scorpions, vicious dogs, and rats."
