حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا شَيْخٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ نَجْرَانَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ مَا الَّذِي يَجُوزُ فِي الرَّضَاعِ مِنْ الشُّهُودِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ أَوْ امْرَأَةٌ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4910
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that he asked the Prophet (PBUH) or that a man asked the Prophet (PBUH): What type of witnesses (can testily) concerning the breastfeeding that makes a person become a mahram? The Prophet (PBUH) said: "A man and a woman."
