حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ أُقِيمَ مَا بَقِيَ فِي مَالِهِ

مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4901

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet said: "Whoever manumits his share of a slave, what is left of the price of the slave should be fairly evaluated and he should pay it off from his wealth."
