حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ فَقَالَ وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ حَتَّى قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا أَوْ أَرْبَعًا ثُمَّ قَالَ وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4897
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "O Allah, forgive those who shave their heads." A man said: And those who cut their hair? He said: "O Allah, forgive those who shave their heads." He said: And those who cut their hair? Until he had said it three or four times, then he said: "And those who cut their hair."
