حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِيَمِينِهِ وَإِذَا شَرِبَ فَلْيَشْرَبْ بِيَمِينِهِ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَأْكُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ وَيَشْرَبُ بِشِمَالِهِ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4886
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar,that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "When one of you eats, let him eat with his right hand, and when he drinks, let him drink with his right hand, for the Shaytaan eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand"
