حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَاهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ الْغُرَابُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: i heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) say: "There are five for which there is no sin on the one who kills them [in the sanctuary or when he is in ihram]: crows, rats, kites, scorpions and vicious dogs."
