حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ الثَّالِثِ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُمْ غَيْرُهُمْ قَالَ وَنَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَخْلُفَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ فِي مَجْلِسِهِ وَقَالَ إِذَا رَجَعَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4874
It was narrated that Ibn Umar said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) forbade two to onverse to the exclusion erf the third, if there is no one else with them And the Prophet (PBUH) forbade a man to take another man's seat, and be said: He has more right to it if he comes back to it.”
