حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَصْلُحُ بَيْعُ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ صَلَاحُهُ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4869
It was narrated from Saalim ibn 'Abdullah that he narrated from his father that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "It is not valid to sell crops until they became good and ripe."
