حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانَ الْمَاءُ قَدْرَ قُلَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثٍ لَمْ يُنَجِّسْهُ شَيْءٌ قَالَ وَكِيعٌ يَعْنِي بِالْقُلَّةِ الْجَرَّةَ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4753
It was narrated from 'Ubaydullah ibn 'Abdullah ibn Umar that his father said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH said: "If the water is the amount of two or three qullahs (a qullah is an earthenware bottle), nothing can make it impure."
