حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَتَسَارَّ اثْنَانِ دُونَ الثَّالِثِ

مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4664

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'Two should not converse privately to the exclusion of the third.
