حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِيَمِينِهِ وَإِذَا شَرِبَ فَلْيَشْرَبْ بِيَمِينِهِ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَأْكُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ وَيَشْرَبُ بِشِمَالِهِ

مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4537

Abu Bakr ibn 'Ubaydullah ibn 'Umar narrated from his grandfather, from the Prophet (PBUH) who said: "When one of you Eats, let him eat with his right hand and when he drinks, let him drink with his right hand, for the shaytaan eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand,”
