مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4512
It was narrated that Wabarah said: A man said to Ibn 'Umar: Should I circumambulate the House (the Ka'bah) when I have entered ihram for Hajj? He said: What is wrong with that? He said: Ibn 'Abbaas told us not to do that He said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) enter ihram for Hajj, circumambulate the House and go between as-Safa and al-Marwah.
