حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَيْثُ أَفَاضَ مِنْ عَرَفَاتٍ ثُمَّ أَتَى جَمْعًا فَصَلَّى الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ قَالَ فَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ مِثْلَ مَا فَعَلْتُ قَالَ هُشَيْمٌ مَرَّةً فَصَلَّى بِنَا الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ قَالَ الصَّلَاةَ وَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا فَعَلَ بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4460
It was narrated that Sa'eed ibn Jubayr said: I was with Ibn 'Umar when he moved on from 'Arafaat. Then he came to Muzdalifah and prayed Maghrib and 'Isha'. When he finished, he said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) did in this place what I have done. On one occasion Hushaym said;... and he led us in praying Maghrib, then he said: Prayer - and he prayed two rak'ahs [i.e., Isha'] then he said: This is how the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) led us in prayer in this place.
