حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ حَيْثُ أَفَاضَ مِنْ عَرَفَاتٍ إِلَى جَمْعٍ فَصَلَّى بِنَا الْمَغْرِبَ وَمَضَى ثُمَّ قَالَ الصَّلَاةَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا فَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ كَمَا فَعَلْتُ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4452
It was narrated that Sa'eed ibn Jubayr said: We were with Ibn Umar when he moved on from Arafaat to Muzdalifah, where he led us in praying Maghrib and moved on. Then he said: [Time for] prayer, and prayed two rak'ahs. Then he said: This is what the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) did in this place; he did as I have done.
