حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ وَأَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ

مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4327

It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Abdullah bin Mas'ood from his father who said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who pays it, the two who witness it and the one who writes it down.
