حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْعَطَّارِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ يَعْنِي الَّذِي يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ حَائِضًا

It was narrated from Ibn "Abbas (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Let him give a dinar, or if he cannot afford that, then half a dinar," meaning the one who had intercourse with his wife when she was menstruating.
