حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَنَّ أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَكَحَ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ

Amr bin Deenar narrated that Abush-Sha'tha' told him that Ibn Abbas told him, that the Prophet (PBUH) got married when he was in ihram.
