و حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ح و حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رُؤْيَا الْمُسْلِمِ يَرَاهَا أَوْ تُرَی لَهُ وَفِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ مُسْهِرٍ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ جُزْئٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْئًا مِنْ النُّبُوَّةِ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 5912
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: The vision of a Muslim which he sees or which is shown to him, and in the hadith transmitted on the authority of Ibn Mushir (the words are): The pious dream is the forty-sixth part of Prophecy.
