سنن نسائی · Hadith 3989
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “I have been commanded to fight the people until they say La ilaha illallah, and whoever says it, his life and his wealth are safe from me, except for a right that is due, and his reckoning will be with Allah.” (Sahih) Al-Walid bin Muslim contradicted him.
