أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَکِ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا وَکِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ کُنَّا نُخَابِرُ وَلَا نَرَی بِذَلِکَ بَأْسًا حَتَّی زَعَمَ رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی عَنْ الْمُخَابَرَةِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 3953
It was narrated that ‘Amr bin Dinar said: “I heard Ibn ‘Umar say: ‘We used to sell grain before it was ripe and before it was evident that it was free of disease and blight (by means of Al-Mukhabarah). We did not see anything wrong with that, until Rafi’ bin Khadij said that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم had forbiddenAl-Mukhabarah.” (Sahih)
