أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ کَانَ ابْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ يَقُولُ لَيْسَ بِاسْتِکْرَائِ الْأَرْضِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ بَأْسٌ وَکَانَ رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی عَنْ ذَلِکَ وَافَقَهُ عَلَی إِرْسَالِهِ عَبْدُ الْکَرِيمِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 3942
It was narrated from Shuaib: “Az-Zuhri said: ‘Ibn Al Musayyab used to say: ‘There is nothing wrong with leasing land in return for gold and silver, and Rafi’ bin Khadij used to narrate that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم forbade that.” (Sahih) ‘Abdul-Karim bin Al-Harith was in accord in his narrating it in Mawqi f form….
