سنن نسائی · Hadith 3915
It was narrated from Jabir that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم forbade Al Mu Al-Muzabanah, Al Mukhabarah and exceptions when selling, unless they were well defined. (Hasan) And in the narration of Hammam bin Yahya is what acts as the proof that ‘Ata’ did not hear Jabir’s Hadith from the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم : “Whoever has land, then let him cultivate it”.
