أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ إِسْحَقَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ قَالَ صَحِبْتُ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ النَّذْرُ نَذْرَانِ فَمَا کَانَ مِنْ نَذْرٍ فِي طَاعَةِ اللَّهِ فَذَلِکَ لِلَّهِ وَفِيهِ الْوَفَائُ وَمَا کَانَ مِنْ نَذْرٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ فَذَلِکَ لِلشَّيْطَانِ وَلَا وَفَائَ فِيهِ وَيُکَفِّرُهُ مَا يُکَفِّرُ الْيَمِينَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 3881
It was nariated that Muhammad bin Az-Zuhayr Hanzali said: My father told me that a man told him, that he asked ‘Imran bin Hussain about a man who made a vow not to attend the prayers in the mosque of his people. Imrän said; I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم say: There is no vow at a moment of anger and its expiation is the expiation for an oath.''(Da`if)
