أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ عَنْ وَکِيعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَکِ وَهُوَ عَلِيٌّ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَبِي کَثِيرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحَنْظَلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَکَفَّارَتُهُ کَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 3876
It was narrated that ‘Imran bin Hussain said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘There is no vow at a moment of anger and its expiation is the expiation for an oath.” (Da Abu ‘Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa’i) said: Muhammad bin Az-Zubair is weak in Hadith, his likes cannot be relied upon as proof. He has been contradicted in this Hadith.
