أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَکَفَّارَتُهُ کَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ

It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘There is no vow to commit in act of disobedience, and its expiation is the expiation for an oath.' (Shih)
