سنن نسائی · Hadith 3792
It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “It is not permissible for a woman to give a gift from her wealth, once her husband has marital authority over her.” This is the wording of (one of the narrators) Muhammad.” (Hasan)
