أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِسْطَامُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِکُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَطَائٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطَبَهُمْ فَقَالَ الْعُمْرَی جَائِزَةٌ

Malik bin Dinar narrated from ‘Ata’, from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم addressed them one day and said: ‘“Umra is permissible.” (Sahih)
