أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ شَاهِينٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ حَضْرَمَوْتَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ قَالَ بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلِيًّا عَلَی الْيَمَنِ فَأُتِيَ بِغُلَامٍ تَنَازَعَ فِيهِ ثَلَاثَةٌ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ خَالَفَهُمْ سَلَمَةُ بْنُ کُهَيْلٍ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 3524
It was narrated that Zaid bin Arqam said: “While we were with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, a man came to him from Yemen and started telling him (about an incident) while ‘All was still in Yemen. He said: ‘Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, three men were brought to ‘All who were disputing about a child, and they all had intercourse with a woman during a single menstrual cycle.” And he quoted the same Hadith. (Da‘if)
