أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَی بْنُ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ذُکِرَ التَّلَاعُنُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ فِي ذَلِکَ قَوْلًا ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ يَشْکُو إِلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلًا قَالَ عَاصِمٌ مَا ابْتُلِيتُ بِهَذَا إِلَّا بِقَوْلِي فَذَهَبَ بِهِ إِلَی رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ بِالَّذِي وَجَدَ عَلَيْهِ امْرَأَتَهُ وَکَانَ ذَلِکَ الرَّجُلُ مُصْفَرًّا قَلِيلَ اللَّحْمِ سَبِطَ الشَّعْرِ وَکَانَ الَّذِي ادَّعَی عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ وَجَدَهُ عِنْدَ أَهْلِهِ آدَمَ خَدْلًا کَثِيرَ اللَّحْمِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُمَّ بَيِّنْ فَوَضَعَتْ شَبِيهًا بِالرَّجُلِ الَّذِي ذَکَرَ زَوْجُهَا أَنَّهُ وَجَدَهُ عِنْدَهَا فَلَاعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمَا فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ أَهِيَ الَّتِي قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْ رَجَمْتُ أَحَدًا بِغَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ رَجَمْتُ هَذِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لَا تِلْکَ امْرَأَةٌ کَانَتْ تُظْهِرُ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ الشَّرَّ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 3503
It was narrated that Muhammad said: “I asked Anas bin Malik about that, as I thought that he had knowledge of that. He said: ‘Hilal bin Umayyah accused his wife (of committing adultery) with Sharik bin As-Sahma’, who was the brother of Al-Bara’ bin Malik through his mother. He was the first one who engaged in the procedure of Lian The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم conducted the procedure of Li’an between them, then he said: “Look and see, if she produces a child who is white, with straight hair and Qadiy’a eyes, then he belongs to Hilal bin Umayyah, and if she produces a child who has dark lines around his eyes, curly hair and narrow calves, then he belongs to Sharik bin As Salim I was told that she produced a child who has dark lines around his eyes, curly hair and narrow calves.” (Sahih)
