أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَی قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَعْبَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْجُمُعَةِ بِسَبِّحْ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الْأَعْلَی وَ هَلْ أَتَاکَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 1427
It was narrated that Samurah said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم used to recite in Jumu ‘ah prayer: ‘Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High’ and: ‘Has there come to you the narration of the overwhelming (i.e. the Day of Resurrectiony?.” (Sahih)
