أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ يَعْلَی بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ إِيَاسَ بْنَ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَکْوَعِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ کُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْجُمُعَةَ ثُمَّ نَرْجِعُ وَلَيْسَ لِلْحِيطَانِ فَيْئٌ يُسْتَظَلُّ بِهِ

Iyas bin Salamah bin Al Akwa’ narrated that his father said: “We used to pray Jumu ‘ah with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم then we would go back, and the walls had no shadow in which shade could be sought.” (Sahih)
