أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ أَبِي کَثِيرٍ عَنْ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ بْنِ لَاحِقٍ عَنْ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَّامٍ عَنْ الْحَکَمِ بْنِ مِينَائَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَابْنَ عُمَرَ يُحَدِّثَانِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ وَهُوَ عَلَی أَعْوَادِ مِنْبَرِهِ لَيَنْتَهِيَنَّ أَقْوَامٌ عَنْ وَدْعِهِمْ الْجُمُعَاتِ أَوْ لَيَخْتِمَنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَی قُلُوبِهِمْ وَلَيَکُونُنَّ مِنْ الْغَافِلِينَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 1375
It was narrated from Al Hakam bin Mina’ that he heard Ibn ‘Abbas and Ibn ‘Umar narrate that while he was on the Minbar,the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “People should stop neglecting Jumu‘ah or Allah will place a seal on their hearts and they will be deemed as being among the negligent.” (Sahih)
