أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّی قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ مَالِکِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَإِذَا رَکَعَ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِکَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ الرُّکُوعِ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِکَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ السُّجُودِ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِکَ کُلَّهُ يَعْنِي رَفْعَ يَدَيْهِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 1148
It was narrated from Malik bin Al-Huwairith that when the Prophet of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم started to pray, he raised his hands, and when he bowed he did likewise, and when he raised his head from bowing he did likewise, and when he raised his head from prostration, he did likewise, meaning he raised his hands. (Da’if)
